Form L-4028 contains information necessary to calculate the current year Millage Reduction Fraction (MRF) for each taxing authority within the County.  For taxing authorities located completely in one County the MRF will be calculated on Form L-4028.  For taxing authorities that extend into 2 or more counties, the current year Complete Millage Reduction Fraction will be calculated on Form L-4028IC once the information is received from all neighboring counties.
