Certified Copies of Birth*, Death or Marriage Certificates

$15.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy issued at the same time. 
To request a copy of a birth certificate via the U.S. mail, you must submit your request with a signature that has been witnessed by a notary public.
  *Certified Birth Certificates only available to persons named on the certificate.

$10.00 Non-certified copies of birth and death certificates, 1934 to present
$10.00 Marriage certificates, 1959 to present
$10.00 Non-certified copies of birth and death certificates, 1867 to 1933
$12.00 Marriage certificates, 1835 to 1958 - $12.00

* Birth record must be 100 years old for public release.

Other Fees

Assumed Business Names List - $0.50 per name ($5.00 minimum)

Criminal/Civil Case searches - $10.00 per name (flat fee)

Qualified Voters File List

a. CD/List only - $0.05 per name plus $3.50, plus actual postage

b. Address Labels - $0.08 per name plus $3.50, plus actual postage

All other copies of any Court record - $1.00 per page all others $0.50
